Detailed Description

The successful candidate will provide engineering expertise to the projects. Reporting to the Lead instrument Engineer, the candidate will assume responsibility for the preparation of instrumentation and control systems engineering deliverables.
Complete the assignments with quality. Must be able to work to an agreed scope, budget and schedule.
Strictly operate within the safety regulations, codes and standards.
Understand the requirements of the engineering quality system and meticulously ensure that these requirements are met.
Maintain suitable records of correspondence and work completed for reference and auditing purposes.

Job Requirements

Experience 4 - 7 years
Experience in FEED and Detailed Design projects - Brown field experience preferred.
Awareness of international codes and standards and industry practices.
Thorough knowledge in I&C engineering and design deliverables.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of field instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature, control valve, shutdown valve, pressure safety relief valve, analytical etc.) design and analysis.

Complete the PM jobs as per schedule
Implement the Conditioning monitoring schedules.
Initiate the Procurement of Spares required for the Department.
Execute action plan for ABS Survey and Boiler Inspection, Tools & Tackles and Hoists and Cranes.
Responsible of the Maintenance of Air Conditioner.

Corrective Maintenance:

Health, Safety Environment Systems and Regulatory Compliance –

· Responsible for PTW system on Mechanical.

· Prepare and submit the Statutory returns/reports to concerned authorities.

· Implement and strict adherence of the different HSE systems and Quality standards, internal and External Audits compliance.

· No of Environment noncompliance / fire incidences / major and /or minor injuries
